Prior to GreyLion, Mr. Berger worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology group at Harris Williams. In this role, he worked on a variety of M&A transactions, advising middle-market clients across the cybersecurity and IT services sectors. Brett received a B.S. in Finance from the Boston College Carroll School of Management.
