Jacob Grossbaum
Senior Associate

Prior to GreyLion, Jake was an Associate at PWP Growth Equity. Previously, he was an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Harris Williams & Co. While at Harris, Williams & Co, Jake worked on transactions involving middle market companies in the Consumer space. Prior to his time at Harris Williams & Co, Jake held a summer internship with Ernst & Young.

• B.S. in Finance and Accounting, Magna Cum Laude, from Boston College

PERSONAL
Jake spends his time away from the office playing intramural soccer in the city, practicing his golf swing and maintaining blind confidence in all Boston sports.
